LeJon Ratchford, my business partner, and I met several years ago while taking continuing education classes on how to navigate house purchases in bankruptcy, probate and/or with liens. Lejon has over 20 years of real estate experience. Both of us have closed many complicated real estate transactions to ensure the seller leaves the closing satisfied with the outcome.

LeJon was in the technology field for 25 years and is now a full-time real estate investor. He has been happily married for 12 years and is a father to five children. Lejon actively answers our initial inbound contact from sellers who desire to sell their house.
